Our Broker in Charge and owner is Vicki Foster. With almost thirty years of Real Estate experience in the Southeastern Real Estate Market she is trusted by hundreds of homeowners to manage their investment properties! She operates Southeastern with knowledge and experience of both sides of this business, having been a renter and a landlord she understands the unique issues that arise during the management process and she works to limit the headache for all parties involved! Vicki was brought to Burgaw through her husband of 30+ years, not long after they settled here they began leasing their own investment properties, she later went on to get her Real Estate license and eventually start Southeastern Real Estate. But the Job she loves most of all is being a Wife, Mother and 'Granny' to her large and continually growing family.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her grand-kids, traveling, painting and gardening. Vicki is an avid supporter of the Atlanta Braves and watches their games religiously! 

Meet Austin!  Having grown up in the office he has learned the business under the feet of his Grandmother, our BIC and Owner, Vicki Foster. Austin lives with his Fiance in Burgaw and is an active memeber of his church and the Burgaw Small Business community. Austin serves our team as a Property Manager/Broker,  you may see him out and about spreading the word about all the services we offer! Austin brings another generation into this family owned and operated business.
