  • Reporting finances monthly
  • Responding to maintenance requests and coordinating contractors

We manage tenant rehabilitation work by:

  • Posting 3-day & 10-day delinquency and pay or quit notices
  • Coordinating evictions and legal proceedings
  • Represent Homeowner in Small Claims Court
Our professional staff works full-time on issues of landlord - tenant relations. We attract tenants on an on-going basis to fill our managed properties. We can negotiate prices for maintenance by offering a volume of work. We have systems in place for proper accounting.

How it Works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
